Terrible service, do not go to this place, you will waste your money and time. I'll put 1 star because you can't put 0.

I've been coming to this bike shop for years and have never been disappointed with the care I've received. They are professionals and know what they're doing and they'll never over charge you for their work. I sent my bike to them after years of neglect. I had her folded up in a corner unused for ages. She was unridable. I knew they could bring my baby back to life again and that they wouldn't charge me an arm or a leg. Well, I just got my bike back and she's like new again. And I didn't break the bank. They actually charged less than what I was expecting. I can't wait to take her for a spin. I highly recommend this bike shop. The best bike shop in the Bronx.

I went to get a flat fixed at this bicycle store, and the guy told me, I needed a tube for $10- I told him ok. Then the owner came, and said it was too late to do it, because they were closing in 15 minutes. The store was empty. It only takes 5 minutes to replace a tube on a tire. Then the owner said, that there was probably a hole on the tire, that's why I had Slow leak. He then said, the new bike tire costs $55- so he can replace it now. I told him, I will do the tube, and I can come another day for the tire. Since he didn't get to sell me the tire, he then said that it was too late to change the tube... That's bad customer service, and he would have done it, if I would have bought the tire. I am glad I didn't, because I ended up going to Daniel's bike shop by 163 St. Westchester Ave. and he checked the tire, and said it was good. He ended up changing the tube for me, and charged me $12- plus a tip I gave him for been honest with me. I rode the bike yesterday, and today with no more leaks, and the tire was fine. It's unfortunate that some store owners try to get people to buy what they don't need, in order for them to make money...that's exactly what Bicycle Pro Shop did... Never again...

Best to call ahead of time. My understanding is the owner works alone he has no staff. Likely do to covid concerns.
His shop is full service shop, so call to make sure.
No they sell bikes there I just took my bike for repairs
I would suggest calling them.
Their selection right now is very slim due to the increase in cycling during this time. Several bikes in store on the racks are actually tagged for repair. $1000+ bike may still be up for purchase. You may be able to place an order with them or you can try looking for a second hand option.
In Horario que Fui those who attended me did not speak Spanish.
Bikes can range from $200 to $1500
Buying a bike is like buying a car, it could be $200. or it could be $2000.
No not that I have ever asked myself I do not think this shop has a trade in program you might have more luck just posting up signs in your neighborhood
It should be on google if you didn't get an answer maybe they were very busy as this is a small business run by a family of very intelligent people. I'm sure if you bring your bike in to repair you could get a better idea of what needs to be fixed as well as any improvements you need made to the bike
