Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place...do not refrigerate. Everything is made freshly here at Fedeles, so plain Chocolate can keep at a minimum of 12 months...Truffles are about 3 months and creams and other dipped pieces would be around 6 months. Normally people eat way before these timelines hit though :)

As long as we have enough staff available to make the delivery, we do deliver to that area. We recommend calling a few days ahead to place the order for the delivery, as then we can arrange to deliver on the day you desire (if possible)
