Not helpful at all. I was 62 divorced widower The lady didn't even come to the door I had to talk to her through a speaker box said they had nothing Weren't accepting applications. I was forced out of my father's house after he died due to forclosure. Had to live in my car and hotels for a year.. They told me 3-5 year waiting list! Good luck!. What kind if answer is that? After living in Shelton for 52 years!!

I don't think they're accepting applications now. There's usually a public notice in the newspaper when they are. Then you're put on a waiting list
You have to sign up when they post an open enrollment in the CT Post. Then you're put on a waiting lisr
