Ashley was so hands on and helpful. Truly delightful to work with. Didn’t mind having to stay past 7 to help me although store was closed didn’t complain or pout and continued to reassure me that she was happy to help. Truly amazing worker.

The staff is always so helpful. Today I went in to ship out my son’s baseball glove to be repaired by the manufacturer. The woman working was so helpful in making sure all the proper instructions the warranty department of the manufacturer required for shipping out the glove were followed. What a relief because it was a lot and I certainly would have had made a mistake on my own. Thank you for your help!

I stopped at FedEx yesterday in Branford to ship a package. Nadeen helped me and she was wonderful! I really appreciated how friendly she was. She engaged me in conversation in a lovely way. In addition, she was very knowledgeable and offered me tips for shipping packages that I will definitely use in the future. Horrible experience by a FedEx employee who let 3 customers interrupt my transaction. The last one I complained as I was visibly upset that a simple transaction was taking so much longer than needed. Twice she called out people behind me and the 3rd time this Karen just walked up and dumped her stuff on the counter , interrupting my transaction. I’ll never come here again
