They are terrible. They’ll say they’ll email the supervisor and nothing. No one gets back to me. & the case workers are worst. They get up and quit out of no where without you being informed. They’re not doing their jobs. They’re all terrible don’t want to help no one! They just want to be lazy behind that phone. A change is needed because this is ridiculous!!

The social distancing procedures are confusing when entering the building . Security is useless and constantly on their phone. Customer service needs improvement
