I just called the mandeea store due to being racially profiled. When we enter the store the alarm system went off. When we exited the store the alarm rang. A red haired worker in the store claimed " we needed to check your bags to see if there was any tags." Sometime the cashier forgets to check." What sense does that make? So..our bags were checked and nothing set the alarm off. There was another woman who left after us. We were profiled and I had to call. The woman apologized what racist usually say " I'm sorry you took it that way." I'm an educator and that is a BACKHANDED APOLOGY from the worker with the orange red hair. DONT SHOP HERW IF YOU ARE BLACK.

anytime i come on time yu guys are never open according to what yu tell your customers. the line is unbearable. only ever have one person in the front and you guys dont even try to be quick so customers can leave. 20-30 minutes on the line, unbelievable

The manager sure does not know the meaning of customer service. Today I was a customer who was ready to buy two heels however I noticed my size was only on display. Then when I asked the manager if I can buy the shoe on display as that was the one left in my size she said no. I even showed her a pair of the exact same heel in another size that obviously could be used to replace the one I really wanted which was on display and she said no again. I don’t know if that’s a rule because obviously a store would want to sell as much as possible! Well basically because of this they lost a sale and also a potential loyal customer. I even saw a negative review with pictures about the same manager before.
