I did my registration around 12 o'clock I called in 3:12 and the caller said I was next , I sat there and watched 4 other patients that came after me were attended to, I had to go to the desk before the supervisor took me in.

They need a better system because the wait time (4-5hrs) here is ridiculous. The staff is friendly but the system is HORRIBLE!!!
