Our daughter attended this daycare for about 3.5 weeks when she was 18 months old. Unfortunately we removed her because she developed a severe diaper rash. She never had issues with a rash prior to going here. When I contacted the director to let her know why she wouldn’t be returning we never got a response….

It is the best daycare where my daughters have been, the employees are very polite and always attentive to everything! My daughters have had behavioral problems and they have known how to get along very well, always informing me about everything, a lot of communication and always doing everything for the good and the learning of the children.

The misunderstanding the place is referring to regarding leaving my child outside of the school is not a misunderstanding. How pass by the school and see my child outside instead of inside after the school bell. Take accountability for your actions and address your staff so that it does not happen to anyone else that’s all we want. Also my son’s teacher mentioned that no one signed him in this morning, and this is a procedure the school had since the school open for preschooler as a precaution in which they also ask who will be picking up the child at dismissal. I am sad this happened but glad that it was on the first day so I do not trust my children under your care.
