Positive: The front desk let us in early Ashe could tell we'd clearly been on the road for 38 hours and was nice Negative: The place was under construction with AC units missing from the ground floor rooms, there was blood and hair on things in the room, they had doors left open everywhere and yet charged a $100 fee you had to request back before you left or no money back

The are remolding. The staff was not very friendly. The beds are are hard. It is very loud and smelly. When checking out the next morning the staff member went to our room and checked to see if there was any damages. He said there is a crack in the door we went back and look it is the size of a thumb nail if that. He said maybe one of the kids did this. Our kids are to short and could not reach. When we told him about this he told us we need to leave and it is the policy we will be charged. We would have had to stretch to put the mark there. I think he did this on purpose to collect the 100 dollars. I would check all the room over before checking in and take a staff member with you and take pictures. We was only there to check in and change and sleep that night due to coming in for a wedding in that area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very very rude guy working the front desk this morning.

Positive: I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price. No frills. Negative: The hallway smelled a bit like smoke. I know that the staff is diligent about guests not smoking in their rooms -- I witnessed someone down the hall getting busted -- but the smell was still there.

0 stars. I did not even stay an hour because the room was so disgusting. There were hairs all over the bathroom, a dirty handprint in the shower, cigarette burns in the bedspread, and trash on the steps. When I called the front desk to complain, the clerk said I waited too long to notify her. I was not even there an hour from when I checked in! She refused to tell me how to spell her name and said no manager was available. I left and called Super8 customer number from the parking lot. He said they couldn't refund my money until they investigate the complaint which would take about a week. I told him I have pictures if that would help because I needed a room for tonight. I asked if that could get me a room at another hotel since I had no place to go and he said that was not possible. I ended up sleeping in my U-Haul truck 🙄.
