Most pleasant ladies in the office at La Grande! Lived here for for only a short time but it was the best experience staying in a rental space. Quite, affordable, clean, very fast maintenance response, and such kind, friendly yet professional women running this place. They are top notch management! This place may not have all the frills as more high dollar apartments do but the those places are no match to the kind of treatment you get here. You never feel unimportant and nothing is left on the back burner. I can’t say more good things about the staff😊

I guess that really depends on your credit
It really doesn't matter, the owner is always wandering the property in her vehicle at random hours looking for infractions so I am sure you can catch her at anytime and ask all the questions you need.
