Had major trouble activating my new phone and transferring my number online and over the phone with spectrum support. Went to the store and they got it activated for me no problem. Stephen was very helpful and got my phone activated, the rest of the staff was kind and receptive as well. Keep it up!

Staff was kind and wanted to help, however a lot of what I needed support with required over the phone support which was hit or miss for speaking with people who knew what they were doing. I went here 4 times over a span of 2 weeks and dipped into 3 weeks of trying to add another mobile line to my services. I logged a minimum of 35 hours between working with staff in-store and over the phone. I needed them to port my number from TMobile to Spectrum (an iPhone 13, unlocked) I needed to initiate 3 transfer pins with T-Mobile which was a pain and went through multiple “support tickets” with Spectrum. If I could start again, I would not have continued the process and went with a different provider. I had the patience to follow through. They are supposed to lower my internet bill for the inconvenience. We’ll see if that happens.

I don't know .. my local office is in norwich ny they are capable of much due to them being a small office.. but maybe a larger office works be able to help better
