Of all the physical therapy documentation software products I have ever tried, Apollo is by far the best in terms of customization. You will not have trouble setting up the program initially, and the software will give you the freedom to create your own documentation forms. This ability to tailor and adapt ultimately helps maximize the efficiency of your practice, as you can match your setup exactly to how your workflow goes to streamline documentation. While this PT billing software requires some level of technical skills, it doesn’t take much to learn how to use, making it a highly-recommended tool even for the traditional PT office.

Apollo Practice Management uses Microsoft Azure SQL database service to store data. Data is stored at Secure Storage at a Microsoft Secure Data Center. Azure Database Services leverages many of the Azure storage features to ensure data availability in the case of hardware failure, service disruption, or region disaster. So you rest assured that the data is safe and can easily be restored.
Apollo offers an integrated system that accepts all major credit cards for our online mode of payment (you do not have to use this feature). You can also accept checks or cash and record these yourself.

G-codes are quality data codes that were used in Medicare claim forms to satisfy certain requirements for the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Functional Limitation Reporting (FLR). The new “G-codes” are associated with MIPS and Medicare. Apollo has the MIPS codes in the software if you need to send it in by claims-based reporting.
