I’m not sure one should call a Kirkland purified water bottle and a Quaker Oats soft granola bar ‘breakfast’ … reason was because of COVID … it’s August 2022 … safety precautions are no longer necessary per CDC guidelines. The layout of the room was spacious ~ however, one of the two TVs did not work and all but one of the outlets were where the table lamps were … a sketchy outlet was next to the sink (was precariously jerry-rigged to the outlet cover). The water was nicely hot ~ albeit sulfur smelling ~ and the toilet rocked as if not secured to the floor properly. There were 2 king size beds, that were comfy, but only enough towels for 1 person (we booked the hotel advising there were 4 of us.) Yes, the hotel served it’s purpose … yet for the $120 price tag it was exceptionally disappointing.

Positive: The hotel is across the street from a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner, and walking distance from a lake view for ice cream Negative: It said breakfast item and coffee. They had juice and coffee. The coin operated laundry uses an app that you can put a minimum of $10 deposit into, though getting a refund is possible.

Manager Kelly was super nice - we had a problem with another guess and she handled it professionally , not sure with the other reviews about bad water and dirty rooms because our rooms were cleaned 2x during our stay! Bad water ? We’re by the lake it’s probably well water . Anyways … no bugs … no mold in our 4 rooms at least ! Very convenient to be next to lake and marina we rented a boat from ! We had a fun time ! If we come back to area we will definitely stay again! Thank you Kelly !

This by far has been the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. When we opened our door there was dog fur all-over the floor. When we went ot leave for supper we couldn't close our door it looked like someone had tried to break in before and the door was not repaired properly. The lady that was working the desk on June 24th not a smile just a very terrible attitude. There was 3 couples with us when we checked in. There was a problem with billing so the lady's went to the front desk later that evening to try and straight it out and the guy working the front desk was just an idiot. We went out the next day, cMe back that evening floors swept and that was all. Went down to the front desk around 10pm and guess what same idiot was working. I asked him for coffee and the first thing out of his mouth was why. I told him my room did not get serviced no new cups or coffee provided. He told me I was lying and proceed to throw 2 coffee packs on the counter snarled and said what room. I was in room 116. My.hole life of traveling in the US And Canada I have never come across this.

Yes they aren't supposed to charge for service animals but they tried charging my card multiple times. My stay was so bad i left 2 days early.
