A friend sent a package with them, and they never solved the problem, the poor heartbroken, the first time she sent to Cuba and they don't even respond in a good way, and always with a different story, they wanted to pay her crap for her package and that that she sacrifices herself like a mule every day to get her money, she is not sitting in an office eating garbage. crazy I go to that agency
