Tonight 9/28, you get 5 stars simply because of the lady taking our large order was extremely friendly and patient. She should go manage the Burger King up the road!

Why the east silver springs McDonald's have poor customer service? I stood at the counter 5 minutes and was not acknowledged. They are very rude and I will never eat at any McDonald's again.

Sunday is a pretty busy day for East Silver Springs McDonald's, they have quite a few churches all around them so when church let's out, they get busy.

They still cannot get orders right no surprise but what do you expect from fast food it's like they still any kind of money they can from me

I was looking for some sweet tea and it used to be $1 for a large. It is still cheaper than a large soda.

When will the chain serve vegetarian food? Impossible Burger or other vegetarian burgers? Staying with BK til they do They're ahead of the curve
