Horrible management and customer service, received a plain cheese pizza versus the pepperoni that we ordered and manager said I would have to contact franchise owner that he couldn’t fix the mistake by refunding and or bringing the correct pizza. Will never order from them again!

Ordered 2 Gluten Free pizzas and an XL. I didn't realize until I got one GF and my XL correct. The other "GF" pizza was an original. I supposedly got a phone call approving the order, I did not. The employees lied about that. Luckily I caught the mistake before my kid friend ended up in the ER. Management didn't seem to care. If you a a Gluten allergy SKIP THIS place. They don't care.

Ridiculous, will not answer their phones even when their employees are not doing anything. Seriously something wrong with this branch and the whole Papa John's phone service change...
