Yes, they do. Make an appt. With Diane, she is a award winning stylist! And she does highlights, she is very gifted in her art.
Call the shop and ask for Shannon, she owns E:lan Salon.
I reccomend you call them directly to ask because some technicians may and some may not and they usually require an appointment. This salon is excellent and I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately we do not offer threading. However it is a service we are definitely considering offering upon so many recent inquires.

Prices depend upon the experience of your stylist. The hair product I had was Chromatics by Redken.
