Nice small park but people are still inconsiderate and don't pick up after their dogs. There are plenty of bags and waste baskets, its not that hard..come on people!

The hours are definitely dawn to dusk, just like the Greenway. And yes, it is very muddy after it rains.
Yes. The water spigot was not operating last week. On a rainy day it gets excessively muddy. And right on regarding lack of separation between big and little dogs.
