This hotel was beautiful on the outside. The inside was good too. The best part is housekeeping. They have tons of housekeeping staff and you don't even have to ask for it (this hasn't been seen since before the pandemic).

Great place to stop for the night. I travel through here frequently and this is the first time I have stopped here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are cleaner than expected. The beds are comfortable and are well kept.

What a comfortable stay! The place smells very clean unlike a lot of hotels and has a very classic feel to it that is actually charming since the place is so well taken care of. You can tell the staff seem to work very well together as a team or at least make it seem so and they are all very kind and helpful! Thank you so much for the stay and hope you guys continue to provide the level of comfort and cleanliness that we just recently got to experience here on our vacation drive through Indiana! :)

Unfortunately, I must of had my expectations too high as I have seen nothing but rave review after the other about this location. The staff were professional. Nothing outstanding or anything. The room was very disappointing. The air unit smelled terribly of mildew and caused both my friend and I to wake up the next morning with sore throats and terrible drainage. The beds were also not comfortable and the room was just very old and run down. This was a below average hotel in my experience of staying in hotels. I personally have no idea why this hotel is considered the flagship property for Wyndham rewards around the general Indianapolis area. Granted, this was my very first time staying at a Wyndham property and for the price I paid I just wasn't anywhere near impressed. My advice would be to stay at a comfort inn or quality inn as I find them to be much more comfortable, spacious, and for the most part up to date. I was very sad to have a disappointing experience with this place. The reviews are way over dramatizing how great this place is. I could have also been given a bad room somehow, i'm not sure. I don't think i'd be willing to pay that price to stay again though. I'm glad others have enjoyed just wasn't for me.
