This is a small business owned by local people they r very helpful and have lots of things from washers to lawnmowers, they were very nice and helpful, there prices on appliances were very competitive with big box stores like Lowes, but I believe with the small business aspect I would definitely expect better service after the sale

We purchased all our appliances for our new home with the Sears store in Dunn. We were able to get great deals but with better customer service than any of the other stores we priced. The store is full of wonderful and knowledgeable staff. They were great to work with. They helped me pick out all my appliances to suit our needs. They came out and installed all the appliances when the house was ready. Great customer service!! We love supporting local, hometown, Christian owned and operated businesses!
