I visited this branch Village Drive despite all the poor reviews but to my surprise I experienced the opposite, excellent customer service from the time I entered the bank till the process of opening the new account completed. Mr Kim (financial center manager) and Ms Latia Cater (Associate) have done the great job assisting me and answering my endless questions especially as a newbie with foreign passport holder I opened the account and apply for credit card with ease. Ms Carter also returned my call when I needed some clarification. I'm very happy banking with this branch

Not enough staff and unfriendly. One teller in the inside with 10 people in line. Marisol and J are rude to customers and very unprofessional.

They have one teller and no drive thru. There were 6 other employees at the bank and not a single one went to help the 1 teller, even though the line was outside the door. I hate this bank and especially this branch. The bank of america on Ramsey Street which is permanently closed still has atm and it ate my card and wouldn't give me any of my money.
