I made an appointment for a blood test request by my doctor. I arrived about 5 minutes early and checked in. About 15 minutes later someone came out from the back & explained she was the only person there. I went back & the technician made a cursory look for a vein but said she would not even try to perform the tests because I was still too bruised from my hospital stay. Add to that there is a $4 parking fee. I depend on Social Security so $4 means a lot to me, especially since the technician didn’t even try to do the test
