It’s sad how much they’re upcharging for covid tests. The brand they have available is flow flex. 1 test for $25.99 Where everywhere else is selling them for $9.99 Seriously sad how much they want to profit off people being sick.Hi Kristina, our goal is to provide these tests for our patients during a time when supply is short. Regarding the price - since we can't buy these from our primary distributor, we don't have the same buying power so our purchase cost is much higher than the $9.99 that the big box pharmacies are selling them for. Our #1 priority is, and remains to be, the health of our patients. We are always looking for opportunities to purchase all our products at a better price to better serve our patients.

I have been coming to this particular store for my refills for years, up until recently one associate - Michelle has been nothing but unprofessional. She has ZERO patient care/customer service skills! So much so, I have requested a transfer of all my refills to another Real-o.
