It's just, ok. No info like phone number in case of a complaint etc, no service hours seen anywhere, no restroom at all, small washers, fair prices though, no carts to carry your clothes in, maybe if they had a few more chairs inside it would be nice as well. I would rate it a 5 if it had those things.
