Unceasing fiery tendrils beat down upon the undulating half-molten black surface as I traveled mile after mile on what to some may have seemed a fool's errand. As the interminable dozens of seconds continued to pass, the floodgates became ever more strained at the steadily accumulating waters which threatened to surge forth with the building pressure. Then I spotted it. Could it be a mirage? A sea of blue with scintillating white lettering indicating an approximating oasis in this scorching asphalt stream within but one more mile. And then I saw the structure arising from the earth and beckoning as with a siren's song, "Come, and ye shall receive relief!" I tied off my trusty steed and entered the sanctuary of the Most Holy where I found it, the throne of porcelain! Relief at last! The fantastic structure provided the respite I needed, and finally I could continue on my journey.

I've stopped at this rest stop a few times. It's always clean and never terribly crowded.

Great place to get out and stretch. Bathrooms were clean. Rest area is well kept and feels safe.

The vending machines are steel-barred in and the patrolled by security is false but it’s a good place to use the bathroom and get out and stretch.
