For 4 days the Publix Pharmacist and her technicians refused to answer questions about my medication concerns. She actually refused to fill my essential medicine. It made me very sad that I can not shop at Publix. What happen to the customer is always right? That female pharmacist is ruining Publix' Stellar reputation. Together in Purpose BB.

I'm so thankful for Rebecca Zimmerman and David R. They went above and beyond to help me get my meds I needed. It's people like these 2 thinking they are just doing their job but in my world they helped me when I needed it the most.

I used to go to this place all the time when I was younger and it was fine. The two times I’ve had my medicine filled since I’ve been back they: 1. Don’t answer the phone. 2. Tell me my medicine was ready, when it was not forcing me to wait in the store 30 minutes. 3. Put you on hold and never return to the call. 4. Ring up your medicine price wrong without Good RX 5. Ask you to wait to the side because of their mistake. 6. The woman behind me was complaining because they were screwing her order up from previous visits. 6. They made the people behind me sit in a chair and wait. 7. They are overwhelmingly understaffed. AVOID!!!! Literally go to any other publix in the area, I wont be filling my meds here again.
