Would be better if you could get in touch with someone for information on aftercare, return to work/school. Was sent out with no answers or paperwork… was called with results but no paperwork to give to the the school. I have called 2x now and still nothing. Was seen quickly and excellent service from office staff at the visit.

Totally useless excuses why they can do a test because I am paying out of pocket ! What an insane reason!

This location used to be a great place to visit but has degraded over time. From the moment I walked in, I was not placed in an area for privacy to talk about the reason for being seen, basically forcing me to share the reason for the visit with the whole waiting room, so HIPPA is not a priority. Once in the room, I was bombarded by flies from the stuffed biohazard trash can. I had to open the door to allow the flies to exit the room. I expected to wait for an extended time to be seen, but I had to wait an hour to be placed in the exam room and then another forty minutes to be seen by a provider. Once seen by the provider I had to wait another thirty minutes to see tech or nurse for follow-on care which could've been taken care of from the moment I walked in (i.e. vital, x-ray, lab work...etc.) so when I'm seen by the provider this is completed and I can leave. The whole process from start to finish should be reviewed and revamped. The rooms should have a check sheet for checking supplies and cleaning before placing a new patient in the room. This is just my two cents.

They lie and say they do xrays, but they do not do xrays. Not a proper business, not well staffed.
