Third day in a row that they didn’t fill my cup all the way. Almost half my drink was missing and they still gave it to me like that. Disappointed with this store.

Drive through can be a wait but pretty good service and friendly folks here. Nothing really negative to say except the drive through line can be long but going inside, especially if you mobile order via the app, is pretty painless.

Somebody tell Josie that she needs to speak at the register, it’s kinda in the job description to not ignore the person in front of you also you have to tell them the total. I think she might be better suited for the dishwasher position with her disposition being as it is

Aaron is the rudest and nastiest barista I have ever met. He has constant attitude and seems to have a problem with the job he choose to have. I don’t believe it’s okay to talk about customers while the customer is still there which he has no problem with doing. He has zero respect for customers. Customer pay for a service and that’s your job to make sure they are happy. Everyone has a bad day but it seems every time he is working it’s always a bad day. He should not be working at any starbucks. He should be FIRED and learn how to humble himself real quick. Life is too short to always have this negative toxic energy into a work place. The world doesn’t revolve around you honey. I would like to add a positive note that there were three baristas who help me get my order and were so nice. Thank you Aliza, Danny and Alex. They were respectful and honestly saved my night. Starbucks needs more barista like you. Again thank you!
