Not organized at all; if I could give 0 I would. Also make sure the front desk staff and billing do what they have to do; they usually do not care about what you are saying and asking. They took my new insurance and eventually submitted the claims under the previous insurance after my visit!! and now there is no one to respond and to fix their mistake; called their billing department, director and many others, either they do not pick up the phone; or they transfer you around. Please save yourself from later headaches from dealing with this clinic.

The only star will be for Dr. Morris because I found her to be approachable and kind; and text notifications for when lab results were ready to view. I would not recommend this location if you want quality care and concern for patient safety. I had a new patient appointment on a Friday and while there, labs were drawn. I was told I can access my results via patient portal and there will be clear indications of Normal, High, Low, etc. I received the text messages with a hyperlink to my results as each one became available for viewing. However, it was not to my patient portal, it was a web page with just the lab levels. I had further concerns due to my health history and could not access my portal via Neighborhood Healths website to send a message. I called the office on Monday, the receptionist said only MAs can grant me access and she will put in a request for that and send a message for a call back. I received a call back the next day, unfortunately I missed the call. I called back and had to leave another message and requested an update on my patient portal access. The receptionist ACTIVATED FOR ME! I relayed being told only MA's can do it, and thanked her for helping, I also requested she speak with management about training receptionist to be knowledgable on portal access. She said she would put in a message for a call back about my labs. I asked what the policy was for return calls and was told typically the same or next day - 3 days later, no contact from their office. Once on the portal, my labs were still missing information. I had no way to send a message to my provider as her name was not listed. I called again on a Friday and left another message requesting a call back. I asked the receptionist what the likelihood of getting a return call that day would be considering it was around 3pm, or if I should expect a call back on Monday. She said to expect a call Monday. Monday comes - no call. Tuesday at 3:30pm I finally call the office and request to speak with the office supervisor. The gentleman on the phone asked why and then requested to see if he can get ahold of a nurse for my lab questions, and if no one is available then he will transfer me to management. MIRACLE! I got a nurse! No apologies. She only stated "nurses will try contacting three times and if there is no contact, they will send a letter". I made her aware of the portal issues as well, and her response was no one else has those issues. She went over my labs and addressed my questions. I told her about my health history and why my labs concerned me so much and she just kept reiterating the nurse did try calling me ONCE. She's correct, the nurse tried ONCE in a 10 day period. Patient safety and care did not seem to be an issue at this office.

Today i had an appointment for my son,at 2.30pm at the Neighborhood Health @ Sherwood HallI.call in the morning to add my daughter to the appointment, I was given a 5pm appointment for her I told the receptionist that I didn't want to go home and come back that I will just take her to an urgent care she say no the appointment is just to have a spot for her as soon as you are done with your son you can go downstairs for your daughter, I did I check in around 2.50pm no one was waiting in the lobby or in the other rooms.the nurse stated wait for the doctor it should be about 10 minutes. At 4pm we were still in room 1 waiting for the doctor I came out and asked the receptionist what happened she say I am sorry let me ask the the doctor .The doctor came out Dr.Bradley very rude and say your appointment is not until 5pm I have others patients that have appointment before you.if I can I will see you soon but if not you can go home and come back at your appointment time.I say but I have been waiting for over an hour here she say yeah if you don't want to keep waiting you can go home and come back.i got very mad and left. This doctor clearly do not care about the patients.I will never let Dr.Bradley touch none off my kids 😒

Staff are utterly incompetent and skirt responsibility at every moment. I could not recommend Alexandria Neighborhood Health to anyone.
