Very unprofessional took me 2 hours to get a pizza when it said only 30 to 40 minutes and then pizza was cold when it got to me and I called to complain and the manager I spoke to came out of her mouth and said it ain't no way when I got a text message saying my order was on the way at 5:58 and it didn't get to me so almost 6:40 but it wasn't cold ain't no way then tried to give me just the 10-dollar credit

Shout out to Jabraile!!! I ordered my kids and I this Big Dinner Box online and requested delivery. I received a call from the store to let me know they had no driver to deliver at the time but asked if I would like to pick it up. I didn’t mind going to get it but honestly was wondering what the quality of the food would be if they were that short handed. This was hands down the best food I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut!!! The pizza, breadsticks and wings were all perfect and my kids agree. Jabraile did that!!! Thank you!!!

We placed an order to be picked up and arrived in a timely fashion. The pizza was really good. The 40 min. wait was not. However we were not charged for it so it's all good...

The lady seems so irritated by seeing us. We felt this way. May be she was in a bad mood. But she should greet her clients with a smile. Even though I gave her a 5$ tips on a 40$ bill just because she was working on christmas eve.
