Our postal rates continue to climb and our service declines. The Madison office has the poorest service and some of the rudest and most disrespectful employees. I don't usually write reviews, but I've just had another frustrating experience with them and I just had to rant. 🙁☹️.

Most aggravating place in the world to get mail. Why can’t the new postal carriers deliver to your house if the retired did …. USPS Madison’s answer “ It’s not in their contract” My normal carrier will at least call me and I’ll drive down to meet her but the subs when’s she’s out won’t even make that effort. It’s pitiful how far our United States Postal Service has fallen in the past years ……..
