Officers here are a joke. Wasting people’s time And money. I support law enforcement, but not this office that is for sure. Sargent refused to take my anonymous complaint against one of his deputies.

We had a person snooping on our property early in the morning and some SCSO deputies were in the area and hear the call. Instead of ignoring it and letting the responding deputy handle it, they very quickly swooped in and surrounded the place. All of the officers were very professional and thorough. As a new person to this area, I was please with the response and professionalism of this team. Great job deputies and Sheriff!

I called the jail today to see if someone was still incarcerated. The woman who answered the phone asked what I wanted then never said another word. I didn't know if we were disconnected or what It would seem that the least the Sheriff could do is train people to be polite. We, the taxpayer pay this rude persons salary. Start with the basics - manners. I'm sure she feels under paid, I, however, think she is over paid.
