Had a prior appointment for a tooth implant. They canceled stated doctor family emergency. Scheduled a month later as soonest they had. Arrive today 8/4 for the 1:30pm appointment. At 2:15pm I asked and was told after the next patient. I had to reschedule as I have appointments as well. Told Sept 1st. I left. My advice to the owner. I am a small business owner as well. If I ran my company like yours I would not have a business. Anyone who has cash to spend I suggest going elsewhere.

First they never answer their phone, second worst customer service I personally ever seen. My wife got their best dentures about 1 1/2 years ago, one of the teeth fell out. that in it's self not a problem. It happen on Sat, She contacted the office to set up when she could come in, we live over an hour away from Gainesville office. She never got a reply so Mon afternoon she drove over to office, They advertise walk-ins welcome they also say office hrs open until 4:30. She got there about 3 and they informed her they were closed and she needed to call and make an appointment, Came home called office left message no reply called several times you cannot get anyone to answer. Finally after calling cooperate office she got to talk to someone who was absolutely no help. Told her she had to make an appointment come in leave the denture overnight and make second appointment to come back in. In not like they have to do anything except reglue the tooth back into the plate. She suppose to have a 7 year warranty. This office is TERRIBLE!!!

You need to make an appointment but generally it's just a few days out.. Very reasonable prices and I just got 21 teeth pulled last week and a full set of dentures about half the price of the other place that I went and got a consultation and x-rays at another place was $350 it was less than half of that at affordable dentures and they do the panoramic X-Ray which is the most preferred by dentist and even us layman can look at it until what's going on with your teeth from the panoramic X-Ray versus what they call the vitamin x-ray where they put little pieces in your mouth and you have to bite the piece of metal and they move the camera from position to position and do that over and over again very uncomfortable and difficult for the patient I would highly recommend affordable dentures for any of that type of work also they will take the time to explain the different options and processes procedures choices that you have for dentures partials in plants etc
Yes and in a couple years I think I'm gonna upgrade with Affordable Dentures
They offer a variety of options so I would suggest you give them a call
I cracked my lower partial recently. Repair was done in less than 2 hours. Cost $115.00.
You'll have to pay for all services up front then submit a claim form for your insurance (which they will give you at the dental office).
They can't fix porcelain teeth, but most others can be fixed.
