Great fresh chicken however my man ordered all dark meat and even though we asked twice for all dark meat we got a mixed box that's our only issue but it was delicious thank you

Best Bojangles I have ever been to. Always friendly and courteous. Unfortunate the dining room was closed this trip but still great

We were traveling and we stopped to eat. The dining room was closed. I asked if it was due to covid or something. Every city and state has their own reasons. The cashier told us it was due to low staff. They appeared to have enough employees to run that location as the cashier pointed out. I asked if we could set at a table and we would clean up ourself. She said that the manager didn't want to deal with it so no. We didn't want to eat our chicken in our car so we sat on the sidewalk outside. I ordered a 2 piece white meat meal and got 2 thighs instead. Also when the customers before us tried to order they only chicken available was spicy. The cashier told them to go to zaxbys.

We visited the Jonesboro, NC location on the morning of May 28th. The staff was courteous and efficient. We ordered 2 combos and received our orders in a timely manner with everything as ordered. They were extremely busy and worked well together as a team. Good management and we received outstanding service. I'll be going back to this one.
