Terrible customer service

Terrible policy regarding customer service. I have a water leak from or by the meter and I had to pay 30 dollars up front. They wouldn't add it to my bill. They said someone would be out today but couldn't say what time and said I wouldn't get a call when they were on the way. Man was here quickly and professional and courteous. Too bad the folks answering the calls and setting policy are unsatisfactory.

No you do not. A minimum of 24 hours notice is recommended but it can be done same day if requested prior to 11 a.m.
They do that to indicate where the water lines are, so they don't get damaged when digging is going on.
