Literally been sitting in the drivethru 30 mins and counting. For 2 burgers and a kids meal, come on zips get your s#^t together. Love zips but this location seems to always have an issue

Bones in my hamburger. Meat cold but the caramelized onions in the sandwich so hot that they burned my mouth. No ketchup or dipping sauce offered for our fries, rings, and tater tots. Very disappointing.

The food was good, but I have two complaints. 1. They messed my fry order, and gave me onion rings instead. (They were good though.) 2. You burt the top bun on my Papa Joe.

Its difficult to tell if this location is open or not in the evening because the lack of exterior lights. Their food and service are pretty inline with the rest of the Zip's chain which is nice because you know what to expect but that doesn't mean what you'll get is great. The chain has a lot of good things on their menu but a little more care in the kitchen would probably equal a better meal for the customer.
