The glenburnie office was very rude to me on my first visit there!! They let me sit there filling out paperwork for over two hours just to tell me after waiting two hours that the doctor would only be seeing returning patients no new one's so I said claimly me:( are you joking?! Y'all couldn't of told me that instead of letting me sit here in pain and I have carpal tunnel,)in my right wrist and hand as well as arthritis from when I broke my wrist few years ago & I have a bad back so sitting that long was very very painful so I had then started to walk out the door and mumbled under my breath let me leave before I go off and then was called by the staff three hours later telling me that I'm not allowed to come back because the receptionist lied and told the doctor I was causing a seen so now I could not be seen which I don't know how that is a seen

This was my first appointment & I was so impressed, I felt that I had to leave a review. I go to many Drs & it's rare to find a place where everyone is so nice and so professional; everyone!!! From the sweet lady that helped me with all my initial paperwork...I think her name is Blair...she was so patient!! Then the lady that went over my information and took my vitals; she was as sweet as she could be. Then there's Dr Yeshvant Navalgund!! So kind, friendly, Professional, AMAZING!!! HE listened!!! Need I say more...

I went here 4yrs and was also discharged for a false positive on a drug I was NOT on and TRIED to tell them 1 OTC med I was on CAN SHOW FALSE POSITIVES FOR METHADONE & that anyone can look the info up online! THEY REFUSED to speak to me & 4x they refused to allow me to speak to manager. I WORKED IN private; hospital & also was a Managed Care Coordinator for the entire Chesapeake region in PHARMACY 20yrs before dreaded M.S. took me down & had to go on SSDI (federal disability w/ Social Security). This office had the attitude of " "We don't care your meds are INADEQUATE & DOSED TOO LOW" I was taken DOWN to doses I was on back in 06'! I told CRNP at nearly every other visit my doses needed to be raised a LITTLE BIT & he REFUSED at every request. I should NEVER have been put on the med they wrote for breakthrough pain for 4yrs & my federal Rx plan even argued it to them. NS&P didn't care. I TOOK 14 urine & blood tests & FALSE + was on the last. I WAS CUT OFF ALL MEDS ( on 17yr) NO TAPER
