I’ve been to many run down DG stores, but never one with such poorly equipped staff. Not their fault I’m guessing, and they were nice, but jeez. The self service machine is broken. The 2nd register is broken. The only other operating register has some form of issue that leaves it inoperable randomly. Today was the 3rd time I have came to buy something to be told that the machine is acting up and they cannot take my payment. Missing out on sales and wasting the customers time when employees have to play Russian roulette with the Payment processor. Like all other DG stores in rough areas, the store is a mess and items are strewn all over haphazardly. They also will just not do cash back sometimes because employees don’t want to make drops. But I guess I don’t blame them.
