Horrible service, I purchased a mower from them. As far as sales they were awesome while you're there. After you leave there service and parts is horrible. 2 months with me return call, they lost multiple service tickets Avoid this place at all cost. Spartan dropped them as a dealer because of their horrible service. I hope this place goes under.

I wanted to have my lawn mover drive cable replace and I had the worst experience. They are rude!!! And it took them 6 weeks !!. Terrible customer service!!. They are extremely rude!!. I will never use them again. Buyers be AWARE!!!!. NOT A PLEASENT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I will never go there again!.

⚠️BEWARE! ⚠️ PLEASE don’t buy stuff from here you will have a really hard time ! The first day I went I already felt that something was not right, the boys have a face that you even bother them for just being there to ask something, they do not have the enthusiasm to attend to someone who wants to spend money in their store. It seems that they are on the sofa at home looking at the phone and never paying attention to the customer, I decided to give it a try and it was my bad feeling that it came true. First: useless customer service. I bought a bad boy 54 inches brand machine and in the second week it was damaged, the worst is not yet when I went to take it for someone to give me a solution, the first guy started arguing with the other because neither wanted to see what happened until one of them reluctantly decided to come. The guy looked at the machine, went inside, waited 20 minutes, came out again and went back in. until I decided to leave the machine and one of them told me that it would be ready for Wednesday, no one ever called. I called back and told him when my machine would be ready, to which he selflessly responded: When I call you. This is the definitive Review : if you buy a machine from these guys who are extremely unprofessional and rude and your machine has no defects everything will be fine because you will not have to deal with anyone but if you have the bad luck that something It is not good, prepare yourself for an endless number of meaningless calls, because in this "Business" nobody cares if you are satisfied or if your machinery is fine. It's only been 2 weeks since I got my machine and it's broken and no one orders the part I need or cares that it's ready. I am here renting a machine and spending more money than I am already spending. The Business does not wait and I must continue but I think that in theirs you can wait. I don’t wish anybody going through this ! Do not come at this store !! nobody cares about the clients ! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
