This boat trip was the one thing the whole family agreed they wanted to do while we were in Florida! It was hot, we went in August, but the ride was very enjoyable and the breeze very welcome. We got to see dolphins! The boat was in great shape, as were the earphones and the music you got to listen to as you went along. I would highly recommend it. The one thing we did not enjoyable was the extreme mention of tipping. It had a nice sign posted on the back of the seats letting us know tips were appreciated, so we planned to tip. Then it was mentioned several times by our captain; to the point of "20% was customary" & she said if we didn't have cash we could use the ATM at the Restaurant. (!) She joked that ATM stood for "Always Tip Mariners" . A real turnoff at the end of an enjoyable trip that we payed a lot of money for...before the tip. And yes, we did tip. It was just unnecessary.
