My experience was great at this location. No complaints. James got me my rental minutes after arrival, no pressure to get additional coverage since I had my own and I was on my way! Car was clean and well maintained. Return was also simple, dropped off and was checked in the next day. Credit card hold fell off the next 1-2 days without issue. Won't hesitate to rent again

There is usually only 1 guy there and he has the worse macho attitude in the world. Instead of solving problems he just gives you attitude and a smart mouth. I stopped going to the location on prudential bc of it then a year later ran into him with that same Attitude about a car I paid in full and they didn’t have. He wanted me to pay for an upgrade like it my fault they didn’t have cars. He is very unprofessional and customer service didn’t seem to care

These people are horrible. They charge you extra fees, these fees don't show up when you book car. They show up when you go to pickup car. You've been warned!!!!!
