Great staff both office and maintenance. Recently a group comes in to community and gives out free food weekly to residents in need. They set out free coffee and donuts twice a month. There is a pool. Laundry room. Clubhouse. Arts and Crafts is offered once a month. There is Security and gate arms at entrance/exit.

They have a billboard outside that you can see everyone's house number of who owes rent. Evening if you paid they still might not take your number off. I dont think its right for them to have that because it should be private matter btw the tenants and renters, not for public to see. call it the billboard of shame. They have fixed up the front of place except near lake in back. kept pool in shape which is nice with the roads speed bumps and new playground and basketball court. Took a year but finally fixed one of the bridges. But i do wish they can fix up the lake area. They took out the old walk path at lake. They cemented regular walmart grills in park cheap n fast but they rusted up so quick that you cant use them. Could of bought ones that are weatherproof grills, be more of a better investment. Lake park tables are broken except for one. Has so much potential. Did work on security issues at the entrance at night with new signs n guards. Not the best for maintenance here.
They told me they don’t even have any for rent but online it says they do. Such liars!
We do have a pool and a park for the kids. They do have security that may or may not be on the property. Your lot rent will be adjusted as they see fit with out telling you they are going to do it. The other question you need to ask is if the trailer is a new one or an older tailer. The older trailers unless private owner has not been kept up at all

Just don't. One of the worst places to live in. This place and portside both are really bad. People will try to rob you so you can't go out at night and you have to own a gun. My aunt shot someone who was trying to sneak into her bedroom window. Dont think they found the guy. My grandmas house has been robbed twice when she was gone. Another aunt and uncle live there and someone took a bat to my uncle's car. Don't go there. PLEASE

It is based on water usage and cost of garbage pickup. I pay around $710 on lot cost alone. I own my trailer but lot costs are getting higher each year.

You have to go there. Sometimes when you ride around the neighborhood you will see people selling or renting for a really good price so the best way to find out is to just go there. Im not sure how much the lot rent fee is though. I think its kinda high to be honest
Don't bother. Unless you like criminal activity, overcharging and sudden rule changes.
Your best bet would be to go for a two-bedroom and that's about for $450 or more
They have a large one posted as you drive in. It doesn't show you however the areas to avoid so you don't get robbed or shot at. Don't bother calling the office either. They won't do anything.
Don’t the office is rude... maintenance sucks... we haven’t lived here but a few months and maintenance hasn’t fixed anything since we moved in from the previous people. They turn the water off without notice CONSTANTLY!!! Someone just got beaten, shot and robbed less then a month ago in here DONT DO IT. They also allow sex offenders under the radar. Just look on JSO.
There are two classes of Residency in Countryside Village: 1. You can own your house and rent the lot or, 2. You can rent both the house and lot.
That place is behind on a lot of things including the bridge !
