This is one of the greatest programs for kids in Baltimore. The coaches are phenomenal and have an amazing sense of what kids are capable of. My son’s confidence and courage has grown before my eyes as he has participated in these classes. I am very grateful!

Had a four-year-old's birthday party at Sokol. The kids had a great time running around, jumping on trampolines, and climbing on the apparatus. Very friendly staff made sure things started safe and (relatively) organized.

Classes start at age 4. Classes meet once a week at the same time, with the same instructor. Classes are kept small; 5 or 6 to an instructor. Cost is $62/mo. We sometimes have open gyms on Saturdays; sign up is done via our events calendar.
Registration for tots and youth has a monthly commitment, which can be terminated on 30 days notice from the parent. There is no monthly commitment for adults who work out on our adult gym nights.
