RUN. This place is awful. The management is amazing but their maintenance men along with the nobody's who work in the leasing office will be zero help. Waters not running? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Power suddenly is out? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Locked out? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Ceiling leaking? Your problem (unless the manager is there) I've lived here for four years. I asked for new blinds. The lovely Ms. Amber Jones in the office told me my blinds were "new" so they are not replacing them. Here is a picture of the blinds.

This place is horrribleee worst then the gods management is awful maintenance is awful they have people living with roaches and rats never fix anything or finish any jobs the office gets over on people with rent they tag on extra money on the low they are wayyyy over charging people I pay 1100 for a 1 bedroom yep 1100 they have horrible plumbing problems and everything it’s so bad here they are scams they take advantage of people they have all these problems but yet wanna charge u full over price do NOT MOVE HERE!

I went to take a look at the apartments as a potential tenant. Believe me, I was very apprehensive due to the reviews. However, I was very surprised with the grounds, which looked very well maintained. The two units I looked at (one was still in renovations) looked very nice and the young lady who took me around (I realized I never got her name) was extremely nice, professional and answered all my questions, even the ones I didn’t think of. I’m not sure if there was a management change, but I was somewhat impressed (again, based off what I’ve read in the reviews). So based on this experience, I am considering them in my search for a location to live.
