The pharmacists and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner.
Big Dreamcast
Horrible pharmacy my refill date was yesterday so called in for my refill the day of and they said they will have it ready in 20 minutes. Waited till the next day to pick it up and they lady said it wont be ready till 2 days after my refill date. Asked why that was and she acted like I was trying to get my medication early and told me she cant do nothing for me. Don’t have faith in getting your prescriptions on time either theres been a couple of times where I had to wait when they told me it was ready. After this last experience I won’t ever go again

I don't understand how you do not have a pain killer ordered from the hospital, do not let the patient know, just give them the muscle relaxer and when questioned they wouldn't get any in until Monday. How do you let someone SUFFER for 3 days? I am completely disgusted. I had major back surgery and cannot get my meds until Monday.

Horrible pharmacy, I had a death in the family (my brother) and had permission from my doctor to fill it early as my brother's affairs are all in Michigan. First they told me that the doctor didn't authorize it to be filled early which was lie number 1, then they told me that my insurance wouldn't pay to fill it early, which was lie number 2 as I verified it with my insurance company, so then I took my the proof in to show that my brother did in fact die and they showed the compassion of a wet noodle. As a long time ex Publix employee this is not what I'd expect from Publix people. Needless to say I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy
