I was referred to Doctor Lee twelve years ago by a friend. Soon thereafter, I went to his office to have some minor dental work done. Due to the economic collapse in the country at the time, I had just been laid off from my job with the railroad industry after 22 years of dedicated service...but still retained my health insurance. Dr. Lee asked what I did for a living and, after hearing my response, he very sarcastically suggested that I stand on the side of the road with a sign that read, "Will work for food." Lee evidently thought he was going to be cute at my expense. I have heard from numerous other people just what a nasty individual he is as well. You have been warned. ***My Response -- Lee, the only reason you are apologizing to me now is because I made it public just what a smart aleck you really are. To continue my story, after your insulting treatment, I received a call from your office asking for a favorable review. I proceeded to tell the receptionist what you said and did and that I planned on reporting you to the Florida Dental Association. When I returned a week later to complete my dental work, you came in the office and did not say a word to me, obviously angry that I rocked the boat. If you had had any remorse, you would have apologized to me then.

First visit today, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Tara and Donna, the Hygienist were attentive and made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Wallace was very nice and asked if there anything I needed to address. Very impressed with this office.

First time coming here and from me meeting the person that checked me in through the consultation and the completed service all went really good. It got the 4 stars due to me having to wait on a prescription that was told the day before that it had not been called in but should be sent to the pharmacy by end of day. That didn’t happened and had to wait at the pharmacy for an hour or longer before it was received then had to wait for it to be filled.

I have been thru this with these folks, very very frustrating! You can't get no one on phone ,but plenty of recorded messages , as for training purposes.
I was just the patient. You should call Normandy dentistry. I was charged 175.00 to pull one tooth. But I had no insurance. This was cash price. They were very friendly and nice to deal with.
Yes we do as long as it is under the PPO. Also if you are active duty it was informed to our office that Patients should go on base.

Our office does not file insurance claims with Medicaid, however we offer an in house savings plan option that allows anyone to be seen at our office at a discounted rate.
Yes we accept walk ins and we also have a savings plan for our patients that do not have insurance that you can enroll in to give you a discount on any needed treatment.
Overly priced dental services. You get what they want, not what you need. Buyer be ware.
