In August I was traveling alone at night when my car stopped in Daytona. Mike came to get me, found me a hotel, dropped off my car, dropped me off at the hotel, and checked on me to make sure I made it home. For a woman alone he made me feel safe and looked after. Plus he showed me pics of the amazing fleet of tow trucks they have 🙂

Giving zero stars wasn’t possible. Clearly my fault where vehicle was parked. This company takes advantage of having your vehicle. I was even told they would release my vehicle when they want, that day or three days from then. Clearly do not charge the fees posted on sign. Cash only and they refused to give a receipt. DEFINITELY would not do business with this company.

They do what they do, but they let me go through my car when I didnt have the key when I paid the impound fee. They also then let it sit across the way in a parking lot for a few days while I figured out funds for key fabrication. So they are human s you know. Will say they there was a different price at office than said on phone by difference of 40-50 more.

Contact VCT and give them the building number, make of car and tag. If durin contracted times, theyll come remove it.
In general I dislike towing companies(legal grand theft auto) but looking into this issue more it appears there are several reasons for this. 1. General safety- people can see your reverse lights when you are leaving a spot 2. Helps police- they can check plates while driving by in order to check for expired tags, stolen vehicles ect. 3.Helps the landlord- Apartments get a Tax break with the city in most cases. There are many other reasons but these are the ones that stood out to me.
$700.00 too expensive i had to get tow with arrow towing they change me $300.00 less i would not recommend them unless u wanna get ripped off i got the same quote with arrow and they told me it would have caused u about $250 to $300.00 witch was about 10 to 12 miles
