Definitely a hidden in Yonkers, NY. The view overlooking the Hudson is always a treat, especially when the sun is setting Take advantage of the Summer Fridays or Pay as You wish program if you can and visit the Planetarium..They also offer FREE evening performances in it's amphitheater on both Fridays and Saturdays.

Small museum that's lots of fun. I love the clear mask requirement and the very friendly staff, and my son loved the planetarium show.

There's a park right next door, Trevor Park.They share the same parking lot. You can probably bring them there.
