Giving out wrong information on COVID-19. Going against CDC guidelines. Dangerous group.

I just spoke with a staff member named Mary, who was extremely professional and helpful. While she had no means to fulfill my request for records due to an extensive lapse in time, she patiently explained to me how I might go about obtaining them. Great experience!
