Negative stars! Terrible! You get seen about two hours after your scheduled appointment time. Never refill prescriptions or answer the phone. I’ve been waiting six months for a referral that was ordered back in December! Place is a joke, Save yourself the time, find a new doctor! Killed my grandmother at sixty five years old due to their negligence!

This pathetic woman caused me unnecessary stress due to her misdiagnosis TWICE. She spends her entire "exam" time typing on the computer and barely making contact. Staff is rude and incompetent and constantly changing. Horrible experience. I found a real doctor elsewhere..

Sadly this practice has become unacceptable in terms of the ability to reach the office, prescription refills, wait time, and care. I will be changing doctors at this point.

Everyone has their own comments but I didn't like her there is anp hername is Dr Lana she is awesome
Typically 30 minutes to an hour from check in to check out.
She does not round at FHW or LRMC. We have doctors affiliated with our group that work specifically in the hospital. This way there is better coordination of care for our patients.
